Definitely recommended! This is my first time buying my own place and found a place i love in just couple weeks. Mitch is knowledgeable in all perspective, the neighborhood environment, housing conditions, possible rental restrictions, even the upgraded materials the owner used. Mitch is super experienced in making an offer and get it closed, we got it done quick and secure my lovely condo. He tried best to make it closed in 3 weeks because of my schedule.
